By exploring how we move, and in particular how we move with more freedom and ease, we can relieve pain caused by interference and misuse of our bodies. We can also become more skilled and effortless in everyday life and activities we do for work and fun.
Behind these physical improvements are improvements in our thinking which can be applied to all our ambitions and help us realise our full potential.
I am a fully certified and insured ITM Alexander Technique teacher who trained with Don Weed on his 2016 teacher training course. I offer Alexander technique lessons for individuals and groups, run courses and deliver introductory workshops for educational organisations, interest groups and companies.
